The Pilgrim Monument and Museum can not be missed by any of the visitors to this enclave on the Cape. The monument stands high on High Pole Hill Rd. As a tribute to the first landing of the Mayflower Pilgrims in Provincetown on November 11, 1620, and their signing of the Mayflower Compact here. The Monument offers the most spectacular views of Cape Cod, the Atlantic Ocean, and on clear days, Plymouth and the Boston skyline. This is truly a not to be missed attraction.
